Trek Nepal Himalayas offers a delight spiritual Everest Base Camp Yoga Trek where we combine culture, nature, landscape, and spirituality into one experience of a lifetime. The Everest Base Camp Yoga Trek will start from Kathmandu after exploring the wonderful gift of ancient i.e. Kathmandu Durbar Square, Boudhanath Stupa, the crematory place “Pashupatinath”, The monkey temple “Swoyambhunath”. The meditation is a practice where an individual focuses their mind on a particular object, thought or activity to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state. It improves your body strength, relieves stress, sharpens the mind, and calms the nervous system. Meditation (yoga) may be done while sitting, repeating a mantra, and closing the eyes in a quiet environment. The yoga has been practiced since antiquity in numerous religious traditions and beliefs. Meditation is under psychological, neurological, and cardiovascular research to define its possible health effects.

Each day we begin with meditation, pranayama, and asana practice, followed by breakfast prepared by the local Sherpa people. We then trek through incredible scenery, giving you an opportunity to unhitch from the outside world and tune into your true self.
Spring (March-May) and Autumn (September-November) is considered as the best season for Everest Base Camp yoga Trek. Basically, during the Autumn and Spring season, the sky is crystal clear, views of Himalayas are mind-blogging and picturesque, little snowfall can be expected that also increase the beauty of the Himalayas and mild temperature; neither hot nor cold increase the relaxation level during the yoga trek.

Day 2: Yoga before Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing and trekking preparation. Overnight at Hotel (B/B)
Day 3: Flight to Lukla (2828m/9279ft) 35m and trek to Phakding (2780m/9121ft) 3-4 hrs. trek before reaching Lodge for Overnight(B/L/D).
Day 4: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m/11287ft) 5-6 hrs. trek before reaching Teahouse for Overnight (B/L/D).
Day 5: Acclimatization Day at Namche Bazaar. Overnight at Lodge(B/L/D)
Day 6: Trek to Tengboche (3850m/12632ft) from Namche Bazaar (4-5 hrs.) before reaching Lodge for overnight (B/L/D).
Day 7: Trek to Dingboche (4350m/14272ft) from Tengboche (3850m/12632ft) 4-5 hrs. Overnight at Lodge(B/L/D)
Day 8: Acclimatization day Dingbochhe. Overnight at Lodge(B/L/D)
Day 9: Trek to Lobuche (4910m/16109ft) from Dingboche (4-5 hrs.) Overnight at Lodge(B/L/D)
Day 10: Trek to Gorakshep (5180m/16995ft) 3-4 hrs. walk and Everest Base Camp (5364m/17600ft) 2-3 hrs. trek before reaching Lodge for Overnight (B/L/D).
Day 1 1:Gorakshep (5180m/16995ft) to Kala Patthar (5545m/18193ft) 2-3 hrs. trek and to Pheriche (4280m/14042ft) 5-6 hrs. trek before reaching Lodge for Overnight (B/L/D).
Day 12: Trek to Namche bazaar (3440m/11287ft) 4-5 hrs. before reaching Lodge for Overnight (B/L/D).
Day 13: Trek back to Phakding (4-5 hours trekking/ 7 km approx.):
Day 14: Trek to Lukla (2828m/9279ft) 5-6 hrs. before reaching Lodge for Overnight (B/L/D).
Day 15: A Scenic flight to Kathmandu (1350m/4430ft) 45 min. Overnight at Hotel (B/B)
Day 16: Departure to Homeland.
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1334m.) and transfer to the hotel.
Upon your arrival, our representative will welcome you and will assist you to the hotel. Get refreshed from the jet lag. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2: Yoga before Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing and trekking preparation
During sightseeing visit Soyambhunath-The Monkey Temple, Pashupatinath-The crematory place, Boudhanath- Buddhist monastery and Kathmandu Durbar Square-ancient palace place. In the evening enjoy a welcome dinner in authentic Nepali restaurant with cultural program. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3: Scenic flight to Lukla (45 minutes) and trek to Phakding (2,652m. /4-5 hours trekking/ 8km approx.): Early morning take a scenic flight to Lukla. From Lukla, you trek will begin. Meet all crews there and start your trekking to Phakding. A walk via Dudhkoshi River to Phakding is an amazing experience. Overnight at the teahouse.
Day 4: Trek to Namche Bazar (3,440m. /5-6 hours trekking/ 10km approx.).: –
The second day of the trekking, take early breakfast and start hiking to Namche Bazar, as the height rises the trek gets exciting. On a clear day, you can see the glimpse of Mount Everest before reaching Namche Bazar. Namche Bazar is known as the Sherpa Capital and is the last point to get the gears needed for the trekking. Overnight at Namche Bazar.
Day 5: Acclimatization day.
Explore Sherpa Capital. It is always better to have an acclimatization day in Namche Bazar which allows your body to adapt the thin air. You can also explore the Sherpa capital in the day time. Overnight at the teahouse.
Day 6: Trek to Tengboche (3870m./5-6 hours trekking/ 10km approx.): –
One of the exciting day of the trekking. Start your trekking after the breakfast to Tengboche. A gentle walk to Tengboche is always a good one. From Tengboche, one can get the magnificent views of mountains including Mount Everest. Visiting Tengboche monastery is another highlight of the day. Overnight at the teahouse.
Day 7: Trek to Dingboche (4360m./5-6 hours trekking/ 8km approx.): –
Get up early morning to catch the sunrise. After breakfast starts the trek towards Dingboche. Walk gently and take good rest. During the trek, you might feel the thin air. Overnight at Dingboche.
Day 8: Acclimatization day.: –
Next acclimatization day in Dingboche. Explore around the village on a free day. Overnight at the teahouse.
Day 9: Trek to Lobuche (4940m./ 5-6 hours trekking/ 7km approx.): –
Wonderful trekking day, along with the way the mighty Himalayas accompany from all sides. Trekking through the Khumbu Glacier moraine. The prayer flags and the stone shrines look just amazing. Overnight at Lobuche.
Day 10: Lobuche to Gorakshep (5170m.)-
Everest Base Camp (5364m.) and trek back to Gorakshep (7-8 hours trekking. / 15km approx.): A wonderful trekking day where we mostly trek through the glacier path. You can collect the awe-inspiring views of the snow-capped mountains in Everest Base Camp which includes Nuptse, Khumbuste, and Pumori. After spending a wonderful time, we then retrace back to Gorakshep for the overnight.
Day 11: Gorakshep to Kala Patthar (5545m.) and trek to Pheriche (4280m./ 6-7 hours trek/ 15km trekking):
Wake up early and hike up to Kalapathar, from there you can collect the stunning views of the mountains including Mount Everest. Then after we will retrace back to Gorakshep for the lunch. After lunch, we will trek all the way down to Pheriche for overnight.
Day 12: Trek back to Namche Bazar (5-6 hours trekking/ 15km approx.):
The trail we travel got many ups and downs. Our path also covers the rhododendron and juniper forest. The wonderful mountain views accompany us all the way back to Namche Bazar. Overnight.
Day 13: Trek back to Phakding (4-5 hours trekking/ 7 km approx.):
We retrace same way that we follow to get up to Namche Bazar. Overnight.
Day 14: Trek to Lukla (4-5 hours trekking/ 7km approx.):
A gentle trekking day. We trek slowly back to Lukla. At Lukla, we can take good rest on free time. Overnight.
Day 15: Scenic Flight back to Kathmandu (45 minutes flight):
Last minute shopping. Farewell dinner at night. Early morning we take a scenic flight back to Kathmandu. In Kathmandu, we will have free time for last minute shopping. In the evening, we will be having a farewell dinner with trekking crews. Overnight.
