Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel:

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu A Trek Nepal Himalayas representative will be there for your warm welcome with nameplate and will help to transfer to your hotel. Get refresh from the jet-lag. Evening time will be for welcome dinner with Trek Nepal Himalayas staff in one of the typical Nepali restaurant in Thamel. Overnight at hotel.


Day 2: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing

After breakfast, our full day Kathmandu valley sightseeing program will commence. Today`s Sightseeing program is focused to introduce some highlights of UNESCO World Heritage sites of Kathmandu such as Kathmandu Durbar square, Swoyambhunath, also known as “Monkey Temple”, Pashupatinath “temple of Lord Shiva and Bouddhanath a Buddhist place. After sightseeing evening will be for trek briefing and preparation of things per need.


Day 3: Drive to Bhaktapur and Explore Bhaktapur

The ancient palace of late king is our today`s destination to explore. It will take one hour drive to reach Bhaktapur. Highlights of Bhaktapur are the culture and living style of Newari peoples, the Bhaktapur Durbar Square, and temples around there.


Day 4: Drive to Nuwakot

After breakfast this day you will drive to Nuwakot. A scenic four hours drive will take us to Nuwakot. Major attractions of Nuwakot is Saat Tale Durbar (seven-story fortress) built in 1762 by Prithvi Narayan Shah and Bhairabi Temple which is one of the oldest temples of Nepal. Enjoy walking around the Durbar Square, explore the living style of typical Newari peoples.


Day 5: Drive to Bandipur

Take early breakfast and get ready to drive to Bandipur. It will take approx. five hours to reach Bandipur from Nuwakot. A scenic drive makes our journey worthwhile. Upon reaching Bandipur you will be welcomed by the native peoples of there. Bandipur is a village of Gurung peoples and one of the popular viewpoint offering majestic Annapurna and Manaslu Himalayan Ranges. Catch the fabulous views and enjoy the local hospitality of Bandipur peoples.


Day 6: Drive to Pokhara

After breakfast, we will explore around Bandipur for some time and then we will set off towards Pokhara. It will take 3 hours drive to reach Pokhara from Bandipur. As Pokhara is one the beautiful city in the globe you can walk around the fabulous city having lots of lakes.


Day 7: Pokhara Sightseeing

As per itinerary today we do full day sightseeing in the lake city Pokhara. Our Pokhara sightseeing program will include the boating on the wonderful Phewa Lake, visiting of Tal Barahi and Bindabasini Temples. It also includes visiting of Devi falls, Gupteshowr cave, and Tibetan Camp. Adventure lovers can also do Paragliding and Ultra flight as optional activities.


Day 8: Drive to Lumbini

Today, we will be heading towards Lumbini Lord Buddha&rsquos birthplace after spending two memorizable days in Pokhara. We need to drive for about 5 hours to reach Lumbini From the Lake city Pokhara.Maya Devi Temple birth spot of Gautam Buddha, Ashok Pillar, ancient stupas and the praying of the monks are highlights of Lumbini. Enjoy exploring Lumbini.


Day 9: Drive to Chitwan

After breakfast, we will drive to Chitwan to do jungle safari in Chitwan.  It takes 4 hours approx. drive to Chitwan. After reaching the hotel and get refresh then there will a brief about your programs by our guide. You will be taking a walk on banks of Rapti River for wonderful sunset view. In evening you will have your dinner with a typical Tharu Cultural program in your hotel.

Day 10: Explore Chitwan National Park

Today will be exciting, memorizable and full of the thrilling day because its day to explore Chitwan National Park. Today you will get to know why Chitwan National Park is so much famous tourist destination all around the globe. Elephant safari inside the dense forest of Chitwan National Park offers to explore the wildlife of National Park which includes, endangered one-horned rhinoceros, water buffalos, deer, sloth bears and if you got lucky enough then you can spot Royal Bengal tiger and leopard too. Tharu Village tour to explore the living style of Tharus, Canoe trip on Lazy Rapti River, a walk to elephant breeding center are the highlights of this day. You may also have a chance to take a bath with an elephant.


Day 11: Drive back to Kathmandu

Today, we have only one program before departure from Chitwan National Park that is Bird watching. After Bird watching, we will take our bus to drive back to Kathmandu. Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, our guide will help you to get to your hotel. In evening Trek Nepal Himalayas will organize a farewell dinner in one of the typical Nepali restaurants in Thamel.


Day 12: Departure

Having a fantastic time in Nepal with Trek Nepal Himalayas team, your family trip comes to today if you haven`t significant time to do another trip. A Trek Nepal Himalayas representative will accompany you to an airport to catch your returning flight. See you again in the Himalayan Kingdom.

Everest Trek was an Amazing

Enchanting Nepal and Bhutan Tour

We went on a short tour to Bhutan and wow what an amazing place! It is so beautiful with its mountain regions and traditional culture. Visiting Tigers Nest monetarist was definitely the highlight of the Bhutan trip. We later returned to Kathmandu and made our way to Pokhara where we took off for the Annapurna Base Camp trek. This was my first time trekking and my fitness level is not the best but Badri and the boys (the sherpa's) were great at catering the trip to our needs. All timings along the way were perfect and we all got to ABC and back without a hitch. Badri and the boys made us feel like we were part of their family and were all smiles and fun. We all played cards together of a night where they taught us to play Dumbal and we taught them Uno. They went above and beyond to cater for us and were watching us like hawks for signs altitude sickness as we got closer to the top. All guest houses that we stayed out were pleasant and all had hot showers. Badri was well respected by the locals along the way and we were welcomed everywhere we went. I actually felt like a bit of a VIP on the mountain when we were trekking with Badri!

I really loved my experience in Nepal and all thanks to Trek Nepal Himalayas. I'm going to miss these guys and can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Trip !!!

I recently spent three and a half weeks holidaying in Nepal with Trek Nepal Himalayas. My partner and I arrived a few days early from the organised tour and Badri from Trek Nepal Himalayas was very accommodating to us by organising our extra accommodation, picking us up from the airport, and organised an extra day tour for us to Nagarkot which was really nice. They also arranged for us to visit the old palace (now a museum) and the Garden of dreams. After the rest of the group arrived we did some sight seeing around Kathmandu visiting the monkey temple, durbar square, the Boudhanath temple and the crematorium.

Our guide Nawin and and other guides arranged throughout the tour were all very knowledgeable of the history of each place that we visited and gave good commentary along the way. Next we went on a day trip to Badri's village. In organising this tour, our group wanted to help out after the earthquake. It turned out Badri's village was badly damaged by the quake and the school was destroyed.
When planing this trip we arranged with Badri for him to take us out to his village so we could make donations of stationary, toys and sporting goods to the school. The village was well off the beaten track and it was a unique opportunity to visit an area that tourists generally don't get to see. The scenery along the way was magic and the drive was quite an adventure. When we arrived the whole village was out to give us a warm friendly welcome with marigold flower necklaces and we each received a blessing. The kids were so excited to see us and were over the moon to receive our donations of stationary, sporting goods and toys.I t was a truly beautiful experience and these memories will stay in my heart forever. This went so well that Badri is now putting together optional side tours for future tour groups to visit his village and villages like his for tourists to make donations to the local schools. I highly recommend you do this as it is such a feel good moment and the emotional joy of it all will is so overwhelming it will make you teary.

Fantastic Trekking trip to Everest Base Camp

A group of us trekked to Everest Base Camp with Trek Nepal Himalayas recently. It was a great trip that was full of memorable moments and amazing views. Our guide Badri was very patient with each of us. He was knowledgeable, encouraging, accommodating and helpful. He not only provided excellent guide services and made sure the group had a safe trip, but also took care of his porter team. Our trip wouldn’t be this successful without the encouragement and support from Badri and the assistant guide Karan. During the time we stayed in Kathmandu, Badri and his staff offered great assistance to ensure we had a great time. If you are planning to visit Nepal, I highly recommend Trek Nepal Himalayas.

Bhutan and Annapurna Base Camp trek - Incredible!

Three weeks with Trek Nepal Himalayas was an incredible experience. Our adventure included a day tour of Kathmandu, Everest flight with champagne at sunrise, flights to Bhutan with a few days touring around there. Our highlight in Bhutan was the climb to Tiger's Nest monastery and the amazing views from there.
Ten days trekking to Annapurna Base camp was wonderful. Our guide Badri made sure all our needs were met along the way. Nawin, our first in charge was very accommodating as well as the other 3 porters who lugged our stuff so we only had to carry a day pack.

Sunrise at Poon Hill was a must as well as putting up prayer flags at sunrise at the summit of our trip, Annapurna base camp. Just fab.

Inspirational, amazing and a humbling experience.

I would go back again and would make sure that these knowledgeable people were by my side for my next adventure.
