AUTUMN (September – November)

This autumn season is considered as the best time for trekking in Nepal, which offers excellent weather and fascinating mountain views. Occasional short storms may dump snow at high altitudes. Moderate temperatures, clear sky with enthralling views, making it a great time to do any trek in Nepal Himalayas.

WINTER (December – February)

In winter season in Nepal is usually snow fall in the higher elevations with risk winds and colder temperatures. Hence is ideal for trekking in the lower elevation. If you are looking for suitable and incredible scenery, this is a great time to Trek in lower elevations with Trek Nepal Himalayas.  Trek like Everest View , Annapurna view , Ghorepani Ghandruk etc. can be done even in winter.

Spring (March – May)

The spring season is considered as another perfect trekking season because during this season different varieties of wild flowers, especially the rhododendrons make the hillside a haunting paradise. It is mildly warm at lower elevations and quite moderate temperature at higher elevation over 4000m, which provides enthralling mountain views.

SUMMER (June-August)

The month of June, July & August is rainy season in Nepal. Normally, we don`t suggest mountaineering activities as well as trekking in Nepal. Because, there is high chance of heavy rain as well as Landslide in the hilly region. However, we suggest trekking in the rain-shadow (places are out of reach of the rain clouds because of the high mountains) areas north of the Himalaya like Tsum Valley, Upper mustang & Dolpo could be an ideal trek selection for summer season.
