The journey to Yalung Base Camp leads through traditional Sherpa village where is remained sperate from western civilization.  The base camp is situated at an elevation of 5925 meters above from the sea level. This trial is listed as restricted by the NEPAL MOUNTAINEERING ASSOCIATION. The area is restricted because of the uniqueness of Nature, Culture, and landscape of this area. So, you should have a special permit to do Yalung Base Camp Trek.  The stunning trekking trail is in “B” grade category as per its strain and degree of difficulty by NEPAL MOUNTAINEERING ASSOCIATION.

You will get incredible opportunity to explore golden mountains during the time of sunrise and sunset. Your soul, your tired muscles, cold fingers and toes would themselves enjoy with golden sunrise in panoramic mountains, clouds and cool wind. From the alp of Yalung Base Camp, one can explore splendid mountain vista such as Mt. Everest (8848m), Langtang Himal (7246m), Mt. Gaurisankhar (7134m), Shisapangma (8027m), Melungtse(7181m) and much more neighbor ridges.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

 

Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Jagat 1395m.

 

Day 3: Trek from Jagat to Simi Gaun 2000m (5-6 hrs. approx.)

 

Day 4: Trek from Simi Gaun to Dong-Kang 3010m (7-8 hrs. approx.)

 

Day 5: Trek from Dong-Kang to Beding 3693m (6-7 hrs.)

 

Day 6: Trek Beding to Na Village 4200m (5 hrs.)

 

Day 7: Rest in Na Village and acclimatization walk.

 

Day 8: Trek from Na Village to Yalung Ri Base camp 4500m.

 

Day 9: Yalung Ri Base camp 4500m to Na Village

 

Day 10: Trek from Na village to Kyalche.

 

Day 11: Trek from Kyalche to Jagat

 

Day 12: Drive from Jagat to Kathmandu Valley

 

Day 13: Departure Day
