Itinerary of Mount Annapurna Expedition
Upon your arrival at International Airport Kathmandu, Trek Nepal Himalayas representative will be received with a warm welcome. After greetings will transfer to respective hotel for Overnight.
In a hotel, Mount Annapurna Expedition guide or group leader will brief you with information regarding trekking and climb of Mount Annapurna Expedition, with welcome dinner in a Typical Nepalese Restaurants includes Folk program. Overnight stay at Hotel.
We have allowed and reserved Three days in Kathmandu for full preparations and packing as well to purchase necessary equipment, press meeting and to collect permits from the concern Government department for the expeditions.
On this day where one can take an optional sightseeing tour at places of interest around Kathmandu-Patan and Bhaktapur cities, where you will be soaked within a culture and historical sites most of the monuments listed as World Heritage Sites.
The ethereal beauty of Pokhara valley is our today`s attraction. After breakfast, we will drive for 7 hours by tourist bus before reaching to lake city Pokhara. Pokhara is the tourist&rsquos paradise full of natural as well as cultural heritage sites such as lakes, caves, Buddhist and Hindu temples along with the magnificent views of mountain cliffs. Overnight stay at Hotel.
The glistening white peaks of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges are the major attraction of this day. Today`s journey leads to Tolka(1700 meters). We will reach Tolka after 4-5 hours continuous walk from the Pokhara. Overnight stay at Tea House.
The gateway of the Annapurna Sanctuary trek is our next destination. From here, you get a grandstand view of the peaks that were visible on the trail. Do not miss the sunset view on Annapurna South from Chomrong. Our journey starts from Tokla(Tolga), goes through Midi, Landruk, sam rung, etc. it will take about 5-6 hours to reach Chomrong.
The trek today begins with a descent on the stone steps towards Chomrung village. After 6-7 hours of walk, we can get Himalaya (2920 meters). Our destination Himalaya leading through Sinuwa (2360 meters), Khuldighar(2540 meters), Bamboo(2310 meters) Donovan(2600meters.

The base camp of Annapurna is the ultimate destination of our trek. You Gare surrounded by mountains at ABC. Annapurna I, Annapurna III, Annapurna South, Gangapurna, Gandharvachuli, and Machapuchare are right there in front of you. Pick a spot at the edge of the Annapurna glacier and soak in the views.
A full rest day for acclimatization and short hike with views snow-peaks including Annapurna I, Annapurna I, Annapurna III, Annapurna South, Gangapurna, Gandharvachuli, and Machapuchare a large wall of a mountain. Herewith time for preparation for the next day climb to Advance Camp.
Trek and climb towards Annapurna glacier and moraine to reach Advance Camp, where the vague path leads over moraine, ice, and small glacial streams. The climb leads to a further high of 5,600m at Advance Camp. A strenuous walk and climb through glaciers and crevices on the route.
Trek Nepal Himalayas reserves a day as rest for full preparation to make the climb a great success. On this spare day, everyone will be active and busy sorting and repacking gears and equipment for the adventurous climb. We require a minimum of 3 camps above the Advance camp to reach the apex of mount Annapurna.
In advance camp, Trek Nepal Himalayas guide or representative will brief with full information regarding the climbing routes where high technique and positive attitude required on Mount Annapurna Expedition.
Allocated 20 days for the summit bid, looking at nature of the tough technical climb to the summit of Annapurna I, famously known by Mountaineers as Killer Mountain like K2 and Nanga Parvat in Karakorum Range of Himalaya in Pakistan.
Annapurna I first climbed by late legendry Maurice Herzog in the 1950s, the first 8,000-meter peak ever to climbed even before Everest was summated using North West route since then there have been several Expeditions from this same route has acclaimed much success.
Annapurna I Expeditions, where climbers have to be in top physical form and as well medically to conquer the top of the world’s ten highest mountains, for the safe climb we have reserved 20 days.
The 1st camp will be set taking a maximum of 2 to 3 days and the next camp II and III between weeks; remaining days will be used for proper preparation for the summit bid of this toughest mountain, the weather also plays a prime factor sometimes unfavorable weather hinders us in our set itinerary routine days.
After a tough and hard achievement with conquest on top of Annapurna I, descend back to Base Camp safely. Our sherpa will bring back all climbing gears, used oxygen bottles & camping equipment to Annapurna base camp from Advance camp.
Where all team-members should reach at Base Camp for final re-grouping, includes guide and staff, to assist packing equipments and checking each member’s health condition after the great climb of a lifetime experience.
Start packing all climbing gears and disposing of garbage in proper sites, where ACAP (Annapurna Conservation Area Project) will check the camp and depositing the litter to take away from the base camp to disposal sites or back to Kathmandu.
Today, the trek includes long stretches of steep descent interspersed with short ascents. After exploring gorgeous Annapurna ranges from Annapurna Base Camp today we start to return Pokhara. Today, we stay in Bamboo rather than Himalaya because we want to give more to our clients as much as possible to serve. Perhaps, today we walk more than other days. It will take about 6 hours to reach Bamboo. Overnight stay at Tea House.
Jhino (1780meters) is our today`s destination. We will reach Jhino Dhada after 5 hours of continuous walking. The magnificent view of Mount Fishtail, fabulous diversity of nature makes your journey extra special. Overnight stay at Tea House.
It`s time to return the lake city Pokhara. Pokhara is the tourist paradise full of natural as well as cultural heritage sites such as lakes, caves, Buddhist and Hindu temples along with the magnificent views of mountains. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Our today`s journey leads through Damauli, Dumre, Muglin, and Kurintar, where Nepal&rsquo’s first cable car joins the Manakamana Temple. From Naubishe you climb up to Thankot, the gateway to the capital city of Kathmandu. After collecting wonderful memories from Rapid Annapurna base camp trekking your trip conclude from the capital city Kathmandu. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Essential Information - Mount Annapurna Expedition
Annapurna massif and the surrounding region make it Nepal’s first and largest conservation area. The stunning mountains and forests of the Annapurna region make it a popular and breathtaking destination. Still, it is also known for being one of the most dangerous mountains to climb because of the high risk of avalanches, and the challenging route includes severe difficulties such as ice cliffs and seracs. Therefore, previous peak climbing experience and good physical condition are highly recommended for those attempting to reach the summit of Annapurna during the Mount Annapurna Expedition.
The Annapurna Expedition with Trek Nepal Himalayas Pvt Ltd begins in Kathmandu, with a full day of sightseeing and preparation before taking a scenic drive to Pokhara. From Pokhara, a short drive brings us to Nayapul, the starting point of the trek. The trail then leads us through charming villages, rainforests, and alpine forests of rhododendron, pine, and oak trees with endless views of snow-capped peaks, eventually bringing us to Ghorepani.
We will make an early morning hike to Poonhill at 3,210 meters to enjoy the stunning sunrise view over Mt. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Machhapuchre (Fishtail), Tukuche Peak, Hiunchuli, and other snow-capped peaks within the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.
After spending some time at Poonhill, our trek continues through Tatopani and Ghasa towards Lete, where we leave the central circuit trail and head west towards Thulo Bugin, Hum Khola, and Miristi Khola, eventually arriving at the North Annapurna Base Camp. At the base camp, our Sherpa crew will prepare to set up higher altitude camps, and we will follow the guidance and instructions of our experienced climbing experts as we attempt to reach the summit.
The Annapurna Peak expedition offers breathtaking views and high mountain experiences within the Annapurna Sanctuary. Once we have successfully reached the summit, we will descend following the same route.
