Booking Process with Trek Nepal Himalayas Pvt Ltd

1. Form Submission: Fill out a form with passport and trip details.
2. Deposit: Pay a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total trip cost.
3. Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due upon arrival in Nepal.
4. Payment Methods: Accepts direct bank deposits and credit card payments (Visa or MasterCard) with a 4% surcharge.

Cancellation and Changes

1. Notification Requirement: Inform in writing at least 10 days before arrival in Nepal.
2. Cancellation Fee: 30% of the total trip cost deducted from your advance payment.
3. Refunds: No refunds for cancellations made less than 10 days before the trip or for unused portions of the trip.
4. Special Circumstances: Possibility to postpone or transfer the trip in cases like death, injury, illness, redundancy, or jury service, subject to approval.

Specific Destinations

Nepal

• Passport Validity: Must be valid for at least 6 months.
• Visa: Obtainable upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport or from a Nepalese embassy/consulate.

Bhutan

• Advance Booking: At least 30 days before, with a 40% deposit.
• Last-Minute Bookings: Possible under certain conditions.
• Cancellation Policy: No cancellations, postponements, or transfers allowed. No refunds for unused services.
• Visa Process: Provide passport details to the company at least 45 days before arrival.

Tibet

• Cancellation Notice: Written notice at least 20 days before departure for a 50% refund.
• Transfer/Postponement: Allowed with company approval and if the new passenger meets tour requirements.
• Passport and Visa: Passport must have 6 months validity, and a Chinese visa is required.
